fusion signage licences are available for fixed terms of 1, 3, or 5 years and do not automatically renew here's everything you need to know about checking your licences and renewing them before they expire checking your licence expiry you can easily view your current licences from the deploy section of your fusion signage dashboard here, you'll be able to see information including your licence type and how much time is remaining on each licence what happens when my licence is due for renewal? we'll give you plenty of notice before your licence expires approximately 2 months before expiry , we'll send a reminder to the company contact listed under settings → account details , if no company contact is available we'll reach out to management level users your reseller will also receive a notification so they can get in touch with you to discuss your renewal how do i renew my licences? fusion signage licences are managed through our authorised reseller network and do not auto renew to renew, simply contact your current reseller reach out to the authorised reseller who manages your fusion signage licences they'll be able to assist with your renewal, including pricing and payment don't have a current reseller? no problem! you can work with another authorised fusion signage reseller if you're not sure who to contact, email sales\@fusionsignage com au and our team can help connect you with one complete your renewal once you've confirmed the renewal with your reseller, they'll arrange for your licences to be renewed and your new licence term will be reflected in fusion signage we recommend organising your renewal before the expiry date to help avoid any interruption to your screens looking for something else? we can’t wait to hear about it reach out to our sunshiney support and we'll be in touch in a flash
